- Most patients hear back within 24-48 hours after completing intake. Once your prescription is approved, it ships directly to your door.

- Message your care team through the patient portal. Adjustments are part of physician-led care.

- Yes. We follow HIPAA and only share clinical info with the licensed providers managing your care.
