No. Cutis RX is a physician-led prescription dermatology program. We only prescribe treatment if it's clinically appropriate after provider review.
02Do I need an in-person visit?
No in-person visit required for most concerns. Your intake plus any uploaded photos are reviewed by a licensed physician.
03How fast will I get treatment?
Most patients hear back within 24-48 hours after completing intake. Once your prescription is approved, it ships directly to your door.
04What if my prescription isn't right for me?
Message your care team through the patient portal. Adjustments are part of physician-led care.
05Is my information private?
Yes. We follow HIPAA and only share clinical info with the licensed providers managing your care.
